Assessment
To identify harmful behavioral and lifestyle risk factors of both employees and spouses, the Wellspring Program offers each a Health Risk Assessment (HRA) includes clinically obtained bio-metric data for enhanced validity and optional health screens including cholesterol testing, PSA, bone density, and much more.
Intervention
Once the risk factors are identified through the HRA, the Wellspring Healthcare Program offers a variety of options to fit each participant’s preferences and needs designed around our nationwide network of local Health Coaches including a complementary Health Risk Review to review the HRA, Health Coaching to assist one-on-one in addressing risk factors, 24/7 telephonic access through a comprehensive EAP for behavioral and emotional issues, monthly health challenges to get everyone motivated, and powerful web-based tools for customized nutritional and exercise programs. Wellspring Healthcare Members also have access to our group weight loss program based around coaching, exercise, education, nutrition, and accountability.
Education
To promote a healthier lifestyle on a year round basis, the Wellspring Healthcare Program includes a multi-faceted offering of educational resources to assist individuals in selecting a healthier lifestyle including a monthly health and wellness newsletter, on-site monthly presentations, and health fairs.
